Once your finance application is approved and registration is complete, your order is dispatched the same day. Private Appointments

To give every customer the attention they deserve, all collections and showroom visits are by appointment only. If you’re local or able to travel, you’re welcome to book a collection appointment. Prefer delivery? We offer fast shipping across the UK and worldwide. Due to high daily demand, appointments help us provide dedicated service and a smooth buying experience. A booking fee secures your appointment and reserves your chosen bike until your visit.

1. Do you ship across the UK and internationally?

Yes. We offer fast, secure delivery throughout the UK and worldwide. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with tracking for peace of mind.

2. How does your finance plan work?

Select your preferred new eBike, complete our Finance Registration, then choose Finance / Instalment Payment at checkout. A £300 initial deposit is required, with monthly payments from £125 over up to 18 months, subject to approval. Visit Finance page for more info.

3. How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 1 PM are dispatched the next working day. We provide tracking updates once your order has been dispatched.

4. Do your bikes include a warranty?

Yes. Our new bikes include the applicable manufacturer's warranty and are supplied with genuine manufacturer documentation for added confidence.

5. Can you help me choose the right bike?

Absolutely. Our team can help you compare our available bikes based on your budget, preferences and intended use, making it easier to choose a model that suits your requirements.

6. What is your return policy if I change my mind?
